Directions

Pour the water in a big pan and bring it to a boil. While you wait for the water to boil, peel the ginger and cut it in thin slices. When the water begins to boil, add the ginger slices and simmer on medium heat until they become soft. Remove the pot from the fire, let it cool down, strain it and add the lemon juice.
