What is Japanese Water, And How Is It Good For You?

Both Pinterest, and the internet are flooded with so many recipes, remedies and countless diets that promote natural weight loss, and you may have probably tried a good part of them, and find that some work and some don’t. There is one recipe that just does not seem to go away – Ginger Water.

Burning fat in the hips and belly region can be a nightmare, and toning those parts is extremely hard, even for me, a fairly active yogie. If I had to chose only one remedy when it comes to burning fat in the most stubborn places, ginger water is my #1 option.

The fat burn and weightless effects are not the only reasons why i promote it – it is actually incredibly healthy, and will promote overall health and protection from illnesses.

The science behind this is that it accelerates your metabolism, and assists the body when it comes to burning fat. It is very successful when you are struggling to get rid of the stubborn fat – which is mostly in the underarms, hips and thighs and the belly, the so-called critical zones.

Consuming Japanese water (Ginger water) will make your metabolism work around the clock, literally non-stop, and that effectively helps you lose the extra pounds.

Even though I’ve been only talking about the weight loss / fat burn benefits, they don’t stop there. In case you weren’t sold on trying the ginger water treatment, here are a few extras:

Prevents The Formation Of Blood Clots

Treats infections – The Japanese have used ginger water for centuries in treating various cold, infections, and the flu.

Prevents Inflammation – The anti-inflammatory ingredients found in ginger make it an amazing remedy against arthritis, gout, and other inflammatory diseases.

Improves Circulation – All that metabolism acceleration we talked about results in boosting your circulation. This is mainly because of the minerals (iron and zinc) which improve blood flow. This actively results in preventing accumulation in the arteries, and that means lower chance of cardiovascular diseases.

Improves Nutrient Absorption and Digestion – Consuming Japanese water regularly boosts the nutrient absorption and increases the digestion by increasing the amount of bile released in your stomach. If you’re struggling with eating, due to low appetite, try chewing soem raw ginger before your meals – this will get those digestive juices working.

Treats Digestive Problems – The boost in digestion will eliminate the unpleasant digestive problems, such as constipation, acid reflux, bloating and indigesiton.

Immune System Support – Japanese water helps your body fight various infections by boosting the immune system. We already mentioned that if fights the flu and clods, but it helps with more serious conditions and diseases.

Joint Pain Relief – all those anti-inflammation ingredients will decrease pain in your joints, and prevent it from becoming a recurring issue.

Here’s how to prepare this incredible drink:

  • 1.5 liters of water
  • Thin Ginger Slices (this is based on personal preference, you’ll decide how many taste good after you prepare it a few times)
  • Lemon Juice – squeeze 2 to 4 lemons

Pour the water in a big pan and bring it to a boil. While you wait for the water to boil, peel the ginger and cut it in thin slices. When the water begins to boil, add the ginger slices and simmer on medium heat until they become soft. Remove the pot from the fire, let it cool down, strain it and add the lemon juice.
