In less than 6 minutes, your abs will burn like hell.
The ab workout is made of 10 exercises, you can start by doing each exercise for 30 seconds before moving onto the next one. Try doing the maximum repetitions in the time-frame.
1. Ab Bikes
The best movement that targets all your ab muscles in one single exercise. This one is simply irreplaceable.
2. Lying Flat Jackknife
A bit simpler than the Ab bikes – the Lying Jackknife will burn the full length of your abdominal muscles.
3. Flutter Kicks
A workout that looks easy, but hard to master. The Flutter kicks will give your quads, hip flexors and lower abs a good workout.
4. Plank With Opposite Leg and Arm Extension
An amazing variation of the high plank that will make you feel the burn in your arms and legs, besides the core.
5. Plank Jacks
Another plank variation that will tighten your core and the outer muscles on your legs.

A simple workout that is a big contributor to this workout. Try holding the crunched position for at least 3-4 seconds.
7. Leg Extension
If you want to target your lower abs, this is the perfect exercise.
8. High Plank Walk
In case the regular plank does not make you sweat anymore, try walking your hands forward, extending as far as you can without arching your back. Hold that position for a few seconds, and walk back. Repeat.
9. Plank Reach Through
We know, we know, more planks.. We would not promote them this much if they were not this good. When reaching in, try to go as far as possible without losing the neutral back position.
