Get Toned With This Daily Morning Workout

We know we know, working out takes time…going to the gym, showering, getting back home, it really is time consuming. However, not every workout has to be in the gym, nor an hour long.

We talked with fitness experts and asked them to help us make the perfect morning workout. We wanted something that will get the hearth pumping, and keep us energized throughout the day, without having to spend an hour doing it.

Let’s get straight to the workout.

100 Jumping Jacks

30 Push Ups

50 Sit Ups

60 Squats

20 Lunges (Per Leg)

90 second Wall Sit

and that is it. That simple.

We are also aware that not everyone can start with these numbers; if it is too much for you, divide the numbers by 2, and start there, however make sure to increase the number of repetitions whenever you can.

About the other side of the spectrum – the ones that will find this one easy, increase the number of repetitions; or do 2 rounds of it.

Oh, and doing push ups on your knees is totally acceptable.
