Breakfast Smoothie With Oatmeal and Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oats (for a gluten free recipe)
  • 1/4 cup of oats with 1 tablespoon greek yogurt (not gluten free, this replaces the 1/2 cup oats)
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • oats for garnish

Throw everything in a nutri-bullet, or any blender you use, and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
