It is not exactly low on calories, but is very filling, which will result in cutting snacking on junk food between meals. It is wholesome enough for breakfast and sweet enough to be a dessert. This smoothie will taste amazing with low fat and whole fat milks. Oh, and it can be gluten free too!

- 3 frozen bananas
- 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oats (for a gluten free recipe)
- 1/4 cup of oats with 1 tablespoon greek yogurt (not gluten free, this replaces the 1/2 cup oats)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- oats for garnish
